Nature and Scope of Role:
The Sr. Analyst FP&A role will play a crucial part in advancing the financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions for the Automation and Motion Control (AMC) segment. We are looking for someone who will implement dashboards that reduce manual consolidation; lead data validation to ensure successful OneStream go-live; standardize calculations of key reporting metrics and support policy development; drive cross-functional workstreams that directly support Annual Operating Plan. This role will work closely with Segment CFO, Segment FP&A and Controller leaders, Division Finance leaders, Corporate FP&A and Controllership, and Finance Systems Leadership team.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business AdministrationHigh level of proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Equivalent of 5 years’ experience in business systems analysis and support including working with all aspects of the systems development life cycle (requirements through implementation).The ability to perform in a dynamic cross-functional team environment is criticalStrong organization skills to manage and prioritize a broad range of responsibilitiesGlobal manufacturing experience strongly preferred, not requiredSpecific Responsibilities Include:
• Implement Dashboard and Power BI reporting tools that will replace manual reporting and consolidation:
• Manage and maintain data validation for segment parallel reporting period during go-live for OneStream specific to monthly Actuals, monthly forecast and annual AOP.
• Manage and drive data integrity of key statistical accounts in OneStream which requires the following:
• Lead annual operating plan workstreams for Segment to support Division submissions:
Partnership with HR for employee compensation and benefits cascadeHeadcount Planning Consolidation across segmentLiaison of annual cost roll P&L and Balance Sheet geography to FP&A together with Technical AccountingLanguage:
