FP&A Analyst (Temporary)

As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll lead budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis processes that influence critical business decisions in a 12-month period. This is a temporary position with the intention to convert a permanent role following a successful assessment period. The assessment will evaluate performance, alignment with team dynamics, and ability to meet business needs during key planning cycles such as the ASP season.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the Opex and Marketing budgeting processes, prepare actual vs. budget reports, and build transparent dashboards for tracking progress. Develop profitability dashboards to guide commercial strategies and ensure accurate P&L reporting aligned with global guidelines. Manage financial master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency to support seamless reporting. Work hand-in-hand with budget owners, internal teams, and the Global Business Service (GBS) team to deliver world-class financial solutions. Take part in cross-functional initiatives, develop your skills, and contribute ideas to improve processes and drive change.
What We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience Matters: Minimum 3 years in finance (or 1 year in FP&A preferred). Tech-Savvy: Fluency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), SAP, GPM, and ideally Power BI for visual storytelling. Language Proficiency: Bilingual in Korean and English to work with local and global teams. A curious, problem-solving mindset—always seeking ways to improve and innovate.
