**ポジション概要Position Summary** 財務/FP&Aアナリストは、幅広い財務業務を通して戦略的なパートナーとしてファイナンスの観点からビジネスの意思決定を支援します。 ※テレワークと出社のハイブリッド勤務となります。週2～3日程度出社があります。 Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions. **職務と役割** **Duties & Responsibilities:** FP&A業務 + 予算編成／予測プロセスに参加 + 特に収益および費用に関する月次財務報告書を作成し、予算、予測、前年との変動分析を詳細に行う + 日本の経営陣および国際財務チーム向けにアドホックな分析および報告を実施 財務業務 + 支払いの実行および監視 + 銀行とのコミュニケーション + 銀行取引に関連する仕訳の記録 + ブラックラインを使用したバランスシートの照合 T&Eおよびその他 + T&Eポリシーの監視および報告、並びに日本の従業員への最適なガイダンスの提供 + 外部/内部監査向けのアドホックな分析および報告を実施 FP&A role + Participate in budgeting/forecast processes + Prepare monthly financial reporting especially for revenue and expense with detailed analysis of variance to budget, forecast and PY + Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting for local management team and international finance team Treasury role + Execute and monitor payment + Communication with bank + Record journal entry relating to bank transaction + Balance sheet reconciliation using Blackline T&E and others + Monitor T&E policy and report, and provideost guidance to Japan employees + Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting for external / internal audit **要件** **Qualifications & Requirements** **必要要件** + ビジネスレベルの英語力 + 1年以上のファイナンス関連業務の経験 + 簿記3級以上の知識または類似業務経験 + 基本的なPCスキル（Excel, PPT等） + ERPシステム使用経験 + Business level English + More than one year of experience in finance-related work + Knowledge of bookkeeping level 3 or higher or similar work experience + Basic PC skills (Excel, PPT, etc.) + Experience using ERP systems **歓迎条件** + USCPA、MBA + 外資系企業での実務経験 + USCPA, MBA preferred + Work experience at a foreign company **求める人物像** **We are looking for** + _仕事に誠実に向き合い、限られた時間の中で業務を遂行できる方_ + _チャレンジ精神旺盛で、新しい仕事に前向きに取り組みことができる方_ + _様々な意見や環境にも適応し、_ _チームメンバーとして他のチーム員とともに働くことができる方_ + Must be able to work with integrity and perform tasks within a limited time frame. + Challenging spirit and a willingness to take on new tasks. + Able to adapt to various opinions and environments and work as a team member with others _Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply._ _Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
