財務/FP&Aアナリストは、幅広い財務業務を通して戦略的なパートナーとしてファイナンスの観点からビジネスの意思決定を支援します。
※テレワークと出社のハイブリッド勤務となります。週2~3日程度出社があります。
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.
Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.
職務と役割Duties & Responsibilities:
FP&A業務
予算編成/予測プロセスに参加特に収益および費用に関する月次財務報告書を作成し、予算、予測、前年との変動分析を詳細に行う日本の経営陣および国際財務チーム向けにアドホックな分析および報告を実施財務業務
支払いの実行および監視銀行とのコミュニケーション銀行取引に関連する仕訳の記録ブラックラインを使用したバランスシートの照合T&Eおよびその他
T&Eポリシーの監視および報告、並びに日本の従業員への最適なガイダンスの提供外部/内部監査向けのアドホックな分析および報告を実施FP&A role
Participate in budgeting/forecast processesPrepare monthly financial reporting especially for revenue and expense with detailed analysis of variance to budget, forecast and PYPerform ad-hoc analysis and reporting for local management team and international finance teamTreasury role
Execute and monitor paymentCommunication with bankRecord journal entry relating to bank transactionBalance sheet reconciliation using BlacklineT&E and others
Monitor T&E policy and report, and provideost guidance to Japan employeesPerform ad-hoc analysis and reporting for external / internal audit要件 Qualifications & Requirements
必要要件
ビジネスレベルの英語力1年以上のファイナンス関連業務の経験簿記3級以上の知識または類似業務経験基本的なPCスキル(Excel, PPT等)ERPシステム使用経験Business level EnglishMore than one year of experience in finance-related workKnowledge of bookkeeping level 3 or higher or similar work experienceBasic PC skills (Excel, PPT, etc.)Experience using ERP systems歓迎条件
USCPA、MBA外資系企業での実務経験USCPA, MBA preferredWork experience at a foreign company
