You will work under the guidance of the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst to maintain finance transactions, data, systems and reporting. You will also collect data and perform detailed checks/controls.

How you will contribute

You will:

Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and prepare data integrity checksContribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policiesExecute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Finance Manager or Senior AnalystSupport projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvementContribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

More about this role

The Financial Analyst is a key business partner to cross-functional teams, primarily Marketing and Category Planning, and supports the Finance Director in analysis, reporting and controlling activities with a focus on country/product P&L.

Key Responsibilities

Analyzes and reports monthly financial results, explaining business drivers, highlighting risks and opportunities, and sharing with key stakeholders.Supports Country Finance Director and Commercial Finance teams during key forecasting processes with key analysis and is responsible for formal reporting to NWE FP&A teamSupports Marketing Dept. in A&C budgeting and tracking, leading the planning processSupports in the financial evaluation of ad hoc analysis, with a focus on costSupports the Category teams in the preparation and validation of the Business proposition of innovation, product relaunches, ensuring adequate profitabilityParticipates in ad hoc projects and leads the digital transformation of the entire Finance communityBuilds and maintains strong relationships with other internal stakeholders and central Finance teams (NEW-MEU)Ensures high standards for activities migrated to MBS and continuously look for efficiencies and synergies within the local Finance team.
