FP&A Consultant
Description We are looking for an experienced FP& A Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves delivering strategic financial planning and analysis support, with a focus on cash flow management and forecasting. Based in Denver, Colorado, this position offers an opportunity to collaborate on high-level financial projects and drive impactful insights. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain detailed cash flow models and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning. • Prepare comprehensive cash flow statements and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. • Analyze daily cash flow activities to identify trends and optimize financial performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cash management strategies and improve efficiency. • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, to manage and analyze financial data. • Monitor EBITDA metrics to track profitability and recommend strategic improvements. • Support decision-making processes by providing financial insights and recommendations. • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial reporting activities. • Contribute to the development of tools and frameworks that enhance forecasting capabilities. • Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate financial impacts of potential business decisions. Requirements • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on cash flow management. • Expertise in creating and analyzing cash flow models, forecasts, and reports. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas. • Strong understanding of EBITDA and its role in financial performance. • Ability to perform detailed financial analysis and deliver actionable recommendations. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
