As our Financial Planning and Analysis Controller, you will ensure timely and high-quality financial submissions across ASICS EMEA. Your role involves coordinating the Executive Team and AHQ Management decks, leading the monthly close and monthly business review processes alongside the Financial Control Team, and managing the Quarterly Forecast Plan.

How you’ll help us.                 

Based at our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will be reporting to the Director of Business Control, and as part of the role, you’ll:   

Share and set up key milestones, corresponding meetings, and documents to ensure an on-time, accurate, and high-quality final month-end close in close alignment with the Financial Control team.  Share and set up key milestones, corresponding meetings and documents for a successful Monthly Business Review.  Support the Financial Planning and Analysis Control Manager with the MTP processes and review the calendar with deliverables to ensure stakeholders know what is expected.  Own the quarterly forecast processes and create a calendar with deliverables to ensure stakeholders are clear on what is expected.  Ensure roles and responsibilities for Financial Planning and Analysis are clearly defined and clear for stakeholders.  Oversee and coordinate the Executive Team and AHQ Management decks for a successful, on-time and good-quality submission of both qualitative and quantitative information. 

    

More about you.     

A qualification in Finance, Business Administration or Accountancy.  Five years of working experience in accounting or controlling teams.  Experience in Sporting goods, Wholesale, or Retail environment is a plus.  Experience in financial plan and forecast processes and long-term forecasting, preferably in an international business.  Experience with Analytics Cloud Reporting is a plus.
