**The area**
The FP&A Process Excellence Team is established to drive a standard process & technical framework with their collaborators that works and supports Diageo to keep up market leader position. This purpose is achieved by embedded governance culture underpinned by global finance processes and policies that is supervised through relevant compliance measurement metrics.
**The role**
+ Set vision and drive strategic direction for assigned FP&A processes like Holistic Analysis, Forecasting, ESG, Business Performance Management and support the strategic projects as SME for these processes
+ Define, establish, and embed global FP&A Processes, ensuring connections to other financial processes, adherence to process and timelines
+ Design and build mechanisms for KPI reporting, exception management and critical issues
+ Have external lens, ensuring process keeps pace with standard methodology
+ Support the technology design for the FP&A processes, ensuring that the system capabilities are enabling the processes and standardization
+ Lead the Global Profit Center Policy and the CARM controls related to the assigned FP&A processes
+ Support the E2E FP&A process and organizational design
+ Drive understanding across the Diageo leadership community of the role of the FP&A Process(es) in delivering Productivity, ensure understanding of the process and individual roles and responsibilities
The FP&A Global Process Lead will support the Head of FP&A Process Excellence in management of the assigned FP&A Processes within Diageo. The person in the role will regularly collaborate with Heads of the FP&A Experience Area, Market Finance Directors, Local Function leads as well as with Corporate Finance and Functional lead
**About You**
+ University / College degree in finance / business
+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably at a consumer goods company
+ Deep understanding of financial processes, with particular focus on FP&A, Business Performance Management, cost controlling, decision support and P&L reporting
+ Excellent communication skills with senior partners
+ Curious, willing to dig deeper into data and explore linkages
+ Able to draw insights from finance and non-finance data
+ Detailed oriented, structured in approach to work
+ Willing to be flexible and work across work-streams as needed
+ Self-motivated, team-player
+ Champion in data literacy
+ Proficient English
