FP&A Intern - The Toro Company

What Will You Do?

This role will do a deep dive into a key financial measure where they will collaborate with various stakeholders, asses the present reporting, validate the data, assist in performing variance and trend analysis, understand the drivers, and recommend a more efficient and insightful best practice approach that rolls across the TTC enterprise.

Support financial analysis and modeling projects

Buildout of financial reports in financial planning system, data validation

Assist team in performing variance, trend analyses

Collaborate with various departments across Toro

Assist in finding efficiency in current processes

Participate in a summer-long Finance project.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

Pursing a degree in Finance or Accounting

Between Junior and Senior year

Familiarity with specifics to the role

Ability to effectively use Microsoft tools, with advanced Excel

Familiarity with business intelligence tools

A keen interest and willingness to learn and try new things

Be organized, professional, and coachable with strong problem solving, communication, time management, and project management skills

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and support the team in various ways

Relationship Building, Collaboration, etc.

Extracurricular involvement/leadership roles

Competitive Pay- The anticipated pay range is $18.00-26.00 per hour.
