The FP&A Specialist for Latam (NLA/SLA/CO) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

This position is part of the Finance located in Brazil and will be On-Site.  At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Finance and report to the Finance Director Latam responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes (including Credit & Collection) as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization.Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.Monitor accounts receivable, identify overdue accounts, and proactively contact customers to ensure timely payment collection.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans and credit & collections actions with strategic objectives.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.Expert financial modeling and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.Spanish and English is mandatory.
