About the role: The FP&A Leader will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities and the ability to work effectively in a remote and fast changing environment. Key responsibilities: ● Financial Planning and Analysis: + Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for the factories + Oversee the analysis of factory costs in interaction with local Business Partners + Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making + Prepare variance analysis reports and present findings to management + Collaborate with functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting + Conduct analysis and identify areas of improvement ● Performance Monitoring: + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide analysis to identify areas of improvement + Conduct profitability analysis and recommend strategies to optimize factory performance + Track and report on cost reduction initiatives and their impact on financial results + Lead and manage the FP&A team, providing guidance, training and support to keep motivation level high and ensure quality performance and achievement of departmental objectives. ● Business Partnering: + Collaborate with factory managers and cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and opportunities + Provide financial guidance and support to improve factory efficiency and profitability + Partner with local plant controllers and business partners to promote best practices and influence positive change + Develop financial models and conduct scenario analysis to support business partners in evaluating investment decisions ● Reporting and Presentation: + Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for factory performance + Create executive-level presentations to communicate financial results, forecasts and recommendations + Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance reporting processes and data accuracy ● Continuous Improvement: + Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline FP&A activities. + Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and regulatory changes related to factory financial management About you: ● Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred ● Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
