**_What Financial Planning & Analysis contributes to Cardinal Health_** Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions. **_Job Summary_** The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis is the financial business partner for the operations team. This job is responsible for financial analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and associated ad-hoc requests. The job also provides ad hoc support for the business as necessary. **_Responsibilities_** + Leads financial reporting for the US, Singapore and Mexico, including reviewing the preparation and presentation of management reports and / or corporate reporting requirements, to ensure integrity of information and keep management updated on key information. + Models deal profitability for potential partnerships and contracts. + Forecasts financial measures such as expected margin and profitability for the assigned business area. + Conducts operational forecast support as needed for labor, warehouse efficiency, and etc. + Recommends strategies and input to strategies regarding the financial aspect. **_Qualifications_** + 8-12 years of experience, preferred + Experience in Maquiladora, preferred + Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred + English - Spanish Bilingual +70% + SAP knowledge, preferred. + MXGAAP and USGAAP knowledge **_What is expected of you and others at this level_** + Manages department operations and supervises professional employees, front line supervisors and/or business support staff + Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals + Ensures employees operate within guidelines + Decisions have a short term impact on work processes, outcomes and customers + Interacts with subordinates, peers, customers, and suppliers at various management levels; may interact with senior management + Interactions normally involve resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects + Gains consensus from various parties involved _Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply._ _Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
