Kforce's client, a top company, is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join their finance team at our Grand Rapids, MI facility. This role will play a key part in driving financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making for a growing manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A within a manufacturing environment and be proficient in using OneStream for financial consolidation, budgeting, and reporting. Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes using OneStream * Partner with operations, supply chain, and executive leadership to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics * Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to improve profitability, cost control, and operational efficiency * Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for senior management and stakeholders * Drive enhancements in financial models, reporting tools, and forecasting accuracy using OneStream * Maintain and optimize the OneStream platform for budget and forecast processes, financial close, and management reporting * Support strategic initiatives such as capital investment analysis, pricing strategies, and margin improvement projects * Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and corporate financial guidelines * Manage a small team of financial analysts, fostering development and accountability
