FP&A Manager – Luxury Cosmetics Brand Location: London (ON-SITE) Salary: £85,000–£100,000

We’re working with a fast-growing luxury cosmetics brand looking to hire a commercially minded FP&A Manager to lead planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across key markets.

This is a high-impact role partnering closely with senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making and support growth across product lines and regions.

Key responsibilities:

Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

Business partner with marketing, commercial, and operations teams

Deliver insight-driven reporting and executive dashboards

Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Ideal candidate:

ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified

Strong FP&A experience, ideally in consumer, luxury, or beauty sectors

Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen
