This role involves managing project budgets, financial planning, and analysis, as well as ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Further in this role Project & Process controller is targeting the efficiency of the reporting process with focus on simplification and automatization. **Key Responsibilities:** + Runs the company reporting office to map & identify all reporting activities and formats and reporting structure. + Identifies reporting contributors & stakeholders, data sources with target to remove redundancies, simplify, automatize and measure reporting efficiency. + Optimizes reporting calendars + Lead or support or lead cross-functional projects as Finance department representative. These projects will be in areas of: + CAPEX payback + Process improvement + MDM projects + Internal controls mitigating actions (internal audit dependencies) + Cost analysis + New business integration + Act like business partner for functional Directors (Procurements, SCM, IT…) to facilitate cost analysis, competitive quotes and cost savings activities + Site business partner for NPI controlling + CAPEX controlling + Disengagements, Disposal, Impairment tests + Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required. **Knowledge/Skills/Competencies** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field + 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting or related financial roles. + Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. + Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. **Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:** + Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software (Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, Long View…) + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership. + Experience in process improvement and automation within finance functions, leveraging technology such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or financial software. + Project management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
