What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Manager to lead our Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making and ensure the financial health of the business. This person must be able to demonstrate a progressive career in a finance or related role and have experience mentoring & leading a team.

What will you do?

Oversee the preparation and presentation of comprehensive financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders

Ensure accurate and timely month-end close deliverables for P&L and B/S including journal entries, preliminary estimates, and reporting

Support the development and implementation of the annual budget and long-term financial forecasts for business departments

Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering professional growth and development

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, reports, and forecasts

Manage and monitor business specific allocations for the business

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to optimize financial performance

Drive strategic initiatives and provide financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency

Collaborate with other departments to align financial planning with organizational goals

Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards

What do you need to succeed?

Proven leadership skills to manage and develop a high-performing team

Ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational objectives

Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling

Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information to senior management and stakeholders

Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Strong problem-solving abilities to address financial challenges and drive strategic decisions

Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CFA is preferred)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and management

Demonstrated experience in leading financial teams and managing complex financial processes

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and modeling excellence

Nice to Have:

3+ years in the wealth management, banking, or related industry

Experience with data reporting, Tableau, workflow tools, and financial systems such as PeopleSoft, Hyperion Essbase, and IBM Cognos TM1

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $85,000 - $150,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.  This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
