Position Summary The FP&A Manager will oversee financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. This role is responsible for developing financial models, analyzing key performance metrics, preparing management reports, and providing insights to senior leadership. By partnering with various departments, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring risk management compliance, the Finance Manager will enhance efficiency and profitability. Requirements Responsibilities and Duties Financial Planning & Forecasting + Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability. + Prepare annual budgets. + Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with forecasts. Performance Analysis & Reporting + Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs). + Generate management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executives. + Provide insights into trends, risks, and opportunities. Strategic Decision Support + Support senior management with data-driven decision-making. + Evaluate business cases for new investments, projects, and cost-saving initiatives. Business Partnering + Work closely with different departments (sales, operations, marketing) to understand financial needs and challenges. + Provide recommendations to optimize costs and improve efficiency. Process Improvement & Automation + Enhance financial planning and reporting processes. + Implement financial systems, tools, and automation for better efficiency. Risk Management & Compliance + Ensure financial forecasts align with company strategy and market conditions. + Monitor financial risks and provide mitigation strategies. Qualifications and Requirements + A minimum of 8 years of experience as a financial analyst with a manufacturing or software-related company. + B.S. or B.A in accounting or finance. MBA or CPA a plus. + Advanced SalesForce and B1 Reporting skills are required. + Advanced Excel skills are required. + The ability to understand financial statements and be able to drill down into the transactions to determine the root cause of a particular issue associated with revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, balance sheet transactions and how the transaction impacts the cash flow. Your base salary is a critical component of our comprehensive compensation package, designed to reflect your skills, experience, and performance. We provide a structured salary range that allows for growth and advancement as you progress in your role. Our compensation philosophy ensures that your contributions are recognized and rewarded, promoting both your professional development and personal well-being. Base Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 ($25,000 variable).
