Our purpose – Celebrating life, every day, everywhere – has a meaningful role in our company, for our people, our diversity, our brands, in how we perform and how we build shared value. **The role** + Work closely with the Global Process Owner of BPM(Holistic Analysis), with primary focus on ESG + Make sure that ESG-related FP&A processes like reporting and forecasting consolidation and Business performance management activities are run efficiently, including the introduction and effective operation of the new CARM control. The role works with a wide range of partners the above, including Controllers' Group, ESG Team, Functional Leads, FP&A Teams, and Finance Leaders as needed. Play a key role in enabling smooth contribution of FP&A that supports the related external reporting aspects; on top of this supports the introduction of the new ESG reporting tool as part of Voyager wave 1.5 from FP&A perspective + Establish, embed, and continuously improve the assigned FP&A Process to identify and deliver contribution to Diageo’s Productivity Agenda and GBS’s Strategy + Drive the vital process and system changes to enable a robust and simplified planning, reporting, and analysis process to allow insight and understanding of assigned areas as part of an overall FP&A process + Support on establishing and embedding global FP&A Process, ensuring connections to other financial processes, adherence to process and timelines.
