Your role at BaxterAs a Sr Financial Analyst, FP&A at Baxter, you will play a crucial role in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization. You will act as an extension of the business teams and collaborate closely with in-country finance and business partners within the Clusters and Global FP&A!

What you'll be doingCoordinate closely with in-country business partners and finance teams to review projections, budgets, and historical results. Load budget and forecast adjustments into the system.
Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly reports, forecasts, and the annual budget/strategic plan preparation. Support the delivery of comprehensive monthly reporting packages for management, including budget vs. actual results and variances.
Partner with FP&A Regional, Local, and corporate resources within commercial and manufacturing/supply chain organizations to drive decision-making and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Identify and address partner concerns and issues, working with Finance leadership to mitigate potential business and operational risks.
Perform strategic ad hoc reporting and financial analysis to assess business performance and facilitate decision-making. Update process flows, operating manuals, training guides, and standard operating procedures as needed.
Support Finance leadership with operational improvement, policy development, and critical initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional leads to build budgets, forecasts, and management reports while ensuring compliance with quality/control requirements.
What you'll bringBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial planning and reporting, accounting, and financial analysis.
Authority in technical and financial knowledge, including understanding of internal control requirements, accounting principles, relevant business environment, financial modeling skills, and statistical modeling techniques.
English C1 or higher.
Expert in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent social, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Experience with JD Edwards (JDE), Hyperion Planning, and Cognos is helpful.
