Those in accounting at PwC will focus on managing financial records, analysing data, and assisting in compliance with accounting standards. You will play a crucial role in providing accurate financial information and insights to support decision-making.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting systems (SAP preferred) in order to perform critical month end close responsibilities and have an inquisitive mindset, intellectual curiosity, strong problem solving, and critical thinking skills. Play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge OneStream solutions. Demonstrate ability to work with business owners to understand the product requirements and change requests. Experience working with a range of technologies such as OneStream, API, VB.net etc.

Demonstrating thorough ability and knowledge of financial reporting methodologies and tools;Working knowledge of financial processes, financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and dashboards;Extremely high standard of code quality, system reliability, and performance;Experience in application architecture principles & designing end-to-end architecture / Data flows;Preparing and analyzing monthly reporting packages for Finance and Functional leadership;Driving research analysis independently with directional guidance from Manager;Analyzing data for the monthly closings and creating journal entries/accruals as necessary;Preparing and distributing standard and/or ad hoc financial reports;Collaborating with Managers/Directors in the designing of new reports/analysis;Developing and maintaining tools/reports to provide for meaningful analysis of key financial areas and to facilitate the budget process;Using Microsoft suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Essbase with proficiencyHands on experience designing, building and testing leading EPM applications such as OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM or SAP EPM;Experience with building and optimizing applications using OneStream or HFM (Corporate Performance Management) is a plus.
