This role encompasses core FP&A activities, including annual budgets, forecasts, and appraisals, while directly supporting the Senior Finance Business Partner for Greater China in FP&A and various commercial functions. With a strong focus on process and commercial acumen, the successful candidate will represent the finance business partner across most commercial topics and collaborate closely with Controllers and GBS to ensure end-to-end finance delivery.

Additionally, the position builds a commercial understanding of sales and pricing trends, supports tender preparations, and performs return-on-investment analyses to guide business strategies.
Key responsibilities include supporting the Finance Business Partner (FBP) across FP&A and commercial activities, representing finance in business discussions, and delivering financial assistance to local functions within the cluster. The role also entails executing budgeting, forecasting, and actual processes, meeting financial targets, and supervising progress against strategic goals. Collaboration with finance business partners ensures robust financial analysis behind critical decisions and alignment across management.
This position may involve coordinating across legal entities or multiple Business Units within the cluster to ensure consistency and quality. It supports ad-hoc projects for Greater China and BUs, emphasizing strong financial leadership and collaboration to achieve short- and long-term goals.

Key proficiencies include significant strategic, numerical, and analytical skills with attention to detail, alongside a high-performing mindset that emphasizes focus, accountability, and engagement. The candidate should possess outstanding leadership, communication, and change management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and encourage teams to go above and beyond.
