The Global Patriot finance team is seeking a Principal FP&A Analyst (P3) to join the Germany CSP-1 program finance team. This position requires significant partnership with the Global Patriot FP&A Lead, Program Area Business Manager, Program Area Finance Leads, Functional Leads and the Raytheon FP&A team to ensure accurate and predictable forecasting. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements. The ability to learn processes quickly and apply knowledge to unique situations will be critical to performing successfully in the position.
This role is being offered onsite and based on the needs of the business. Onsite work is preferred on the East coast or in TX. Other locations that may be considered are: Huntsville, AL, Tucson, AZ, Orlando, FL, El Segundo, CA or Fullerton, CA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
What You Will Do:
+ Prepare Germany CSP-1 monthly forecast of Bookings, Sales, Earnings and Cash (BSEC)
+ Prepare and report on monthly variance analysis of actuals vs. Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast to Global Patriot FP&A
+ Prepare weekly BSEC Risk and Opportunity position and work with program office to ensure alignment
+ Analyze & make recommendations to key team members regarding AOP/LRP metrics
+ Present financial information and analysis to PMO, Business Manager, and Global Patriot FP&A team members
+ Financial point of contact for Program Management and be able to provide financial guidance to IPT leads and non-finance organizations including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations
+ Ability to highlight pertinent information derived from analysis of program data, including trend analysis – high proficiency of MS Excel is expected
+ Ad-hoc request support
+ Support any compliance reviews or periodic process audits that may arise
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Typically requires a Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics or a related field & 5 years of related finance experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of related finance experience
+ Experience with EVMS
+ Experience with SAP, RPlan, BW, APEX, PRISM or a similar system
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
