About the Role
We are looking for an experienced FP&A Specialist / Coordinator to join our growing Finance team. This role is critical in supporting the FP&A Manager with financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities. If you're fluent in English, have strong analytical skills, and a background in fast-paced environments like BPOs or contact centers, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports. Analyze financial data to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance summaries. Collaborate with Operations, HR, and other teams to support headcount and cost planning. Maintain and enhance financial models and templates used for business decisions. Ensure accuracy and consistency across all reports and financial tools. Assist with monthly closings and variance analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in FP&A or similar financial roles. Experience in a BPO or contact center industry is highly preferred. Proficient in Excel; familiarity with ERP tools (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle). Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills. Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools. Understanding of FTE modeling, cost-to-serve, or workforce analysis. Knowledge of client billing models in outsourcing (FTE/output-based, etc.).
