We’re looking for a FP&A Specialist with a focus on financial planning and analysis to support the business.

What you’ll do:

Reports, analysis, and communication of financial and operational data for decision-making and strategic planning, ensuring data and system integrity.Analyze inventory, costs, and revenue.Control and analyze costs associated with projects, such as mobilization/demobilization, service materials, and other indirect project-related costs, ensuring adherence to financial controls within the relevant operational departments.Assist in the preparation of budgets, tax charges, and forecasts.Prepare and distribute commercial performance metrics, monthly and annual closing reports, including P&L and forecasts.Analyze project costs and highlight any control issues to the internal controls team.Assist in the development of cost monitoring systems, including capital costs of new equipment, lifecycle, and financial returns.Analyze tax and operational data to support financial, capital, and labor planning.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Degree in Accounting or related fields (depending on the level of knowledge and experience in the accounting area).Strong experience in accounting/FP&A.Intermediate/advanced level Excel skills.Advanced English and Spanish.Experience using systems.Availability for hybrid work, 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home.
