FP&A Specialist/Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, contributing to the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in finance and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis.Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.

Qualifications:
