Then this may be the opportunity for you **Context/Scope:** Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Experience Tower is part of Global Business Operations and covers a set of planning, forecasting & analytical activities that support business decisions and help understanding of overall financial health by combining financial, operational and external data in one place. It involves supporting strategic planning, leading Annual Operating Planning (AOP), supporting landing, handling performance analysis, and generating insights on strategic market and regional le vel. Tower responsibilities also include ensuring timely, accurate, standardized reporting combined with beneficial analysis. Fast and sharp insights to understand what factors drive business performance with the aim to devise early warning signals to better anticipate risks and help identify growth opportunities, support quick & accurate decision making and act as excellent business partners to achieve financial goals. **CCA Senior Analyst for CCA FTZ and Border Zone** **Purpose of Role:** + Perform **extensive financial analysis** and bring insight to the data from different business dimensions. + Own the OnR cycle for PnL and Cash.. + **Ensure delivery of a robust annual plan** , monthly performance rhythm and analysis. + Ensure delivering timely information and insights, forecasting. + Generate **ad hoc analysis** to enable the organization to make high quality decisions. + Resolve complex problems independently **Top 3-5 Accountabilities:** + Deliver monthly **management reporting processes** (various BPM reports, landing report, O&R, Extended WC and cash flow reporting and forecasting,) also **prepare deck for the related review meetings** + Play a key role in the preparation and submission of **Annual Operating Plan** and **Strategic Plan** + Play a key role in ensuring completeness of profit center/market figures + Deliver accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the collaborators + Responsibility and **ownership over the Planning Systems** : guide in making suggestions for the In-market and Support Teams on emerging topics to be modelled in the Forecasting Tools + Play a key role in **report development/simplification projects** providing business insights/supporting quick decision making for the In-market teams + Support finance processes where business judgement is needed; provide accurate, detailed and timely analysis as needs are identified or requested **Qualifications and Experience Required:** + Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business + Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferred + 3 years experience in relevant area + Strong accounting experience + Experience in a global FMCG or similar multifaceted operating environment + Experience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantage + Strong financial / commercial analysis background, proven ability to communicate with collaborators at varying levels and the ability to flex to different market environments/ cultures + Have an excellent understanding of BW, SAP, PowerBI solution with the ability to think broadly when a system related challenge occurs and extract data in a way that supports decision making + Proficient English knowledge **Barriers to Success in Role (Optional):** + Lack of knowledge / qualification in relevant area + **Lack of business experience and understanding** - unable to understand business issues, etc + Unable to build outstanding relationships, poor social skills and **lack of professional maturity** . + **Lack of attention to detail and accuracy of reporting** . + **Unwilling to take ownership** for comply issue resolution and driving tasks to completion + Unable to think innovatively and find solutions to sophisticated problems + Unable to analyse numbers and understand the business drivers + Unable to communicate management number, business performance related matters simply to a business audience + Lack of ability to coordinate across functions within and outside DBS + Inability to adapt and deploy a range of influencing styles. **Worker Type :** Regular **Primary Location:** Bogota - EOB **Additional Locations :** **Job Posting Start Date :** 2025-02-06 With over 200 brands sold in more than 180 countries, we’re the world’s leading premium drinks company.
