Northern Trust is looking for an experienced FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Technology Manager responsible for enhancing and supporting current business processes on Fund Transfer Pricing, Planning\Forecasting and Revenue\Cost allocations. The role will revolve around the managing of OFSAA, Anaplan, SAP and Hyperion applications and leading the current application development team to drive superior business value, enhanced customer experience and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Define three to five year roadmap, data strategy and vision for FP&A applications Lead Cloud First approach and modernization of current technology platforms Enhance and support FP&A applications (OFSAA, Anaplan, SAP and Hyperion) as per business needs, new projects\regulations Automate manual tasks, testing and maintenance of FP&A applications (OFSAA, Anaplan, SAP and Hyperion) Participate in the triage of critical issues to ensure that application operational SLAs are met. Participate in key optimization initiatives undertaken by the team to meet strategic goals and enhance customer experience. Collaborate with internal\external stakeholders, offshore service providers and vendors to drive synergies and deliver solutions. Ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and IT risk policies. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all Production issues adhering to documentation SLAs. Report status and escalate issues and concerns to senior management as needed.
Skills Required:
A College or University degree in Computer ScienceSolid technical background with at least 7 years of demonstrated track record in end-to-end implementation of OFSAA\Anaplan\SAP and\or Financial Services background in implementing similar solutions.Expertise in understanding of following business processes - Fund Transfer Pricing, Planning\Forecasting and Revenue\Cost allocationsExpertise in Cloud technology – Azure, AWS, Snowflake and\or prior experience in moving On-Prem applications to SaaS modelExpertise in Data Ingestion\Egress – ADF, API and\or ETL(s)Strong command over data strategy, data modelling and data analysisExperience with project feasibility, documenting business requirements, and designing solutions. Experience with various technical programming languagesAnalytical and problem solving skills.Working with Us:
