FP Movement is looking for a Sr. Account Executive for the Midwest. The role will collaborate with buyers to exceed sales and profit goals. the Sr. Account Executive will also maintain a consistent brand presentation for all Free People categories in partners stores and online.
Role Responsibilities Collaborate with buyers to exceed sales and profit goalsMaintain a consistent brand presentation for all Free People categories in partners stores and onlineManage to highest level of PO fulfillment through consistent monitoring of order status and communication to buyersEffective oversight of EDI account ordersCollaborate effectively with cross functional peers in merchandising, wholesale sales, and in store teams to communicate and executeClear and articulate communication with upper managementResponsible for the overall scope of the business; anticipate next steps that need to be taken to ensure that goals are met consistently prior to the month and within the month Drive the business by identifying reorder and replenishment opportunitiesMonitor market trends and identify future business opportunities and profitabilityResponsible for creating strategies to drive and grow sales on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisMaintain and grow current account business as well as consistently opening new accountsCreate assortments targeted towards regional needs in partners storesHave a global awareness of the Free People businessPut the brand first and ensure that the integrity of the brand is always protected and always represents the brandBe always willing to assist in other areas of the business with a hands-on approach when necessaryRole Qualifications Passion for the Free People brand7 plus years of wholesale experienceStrong relationships with buyers and leadership in the marketplaceExcellent presentation skillsDetail oriented and a creative thinkerSuperior financial and analytical skillsStrong excel skillsInventory management system experienceStrong communication, organization and planning skillsMust work well in teams
The wage range for this role is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00. Wages are based on several factors, including, but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, etc
