会社概要 エーオン・ジャパンは、国内グローバル企業や海外に拠点を置く多国籍企業を中心としたお客様に対し、様々なリスクソリューションサービスを提供しています。 企業営業第四部では、保険代理店として、主に国内外の不動産会社や資産運用会社を対象に、損害保険を中心とした様々なリスクマネジメントサービスを提供しています。 当部のシニアFP&Aアナリストは、洞察に満ちた財務分析と戦略的サポートを提供し、情報に基づいたビジネス意思決定を促進し、財務パフォーマンスを最適化する上で重要な役割を果たします。 職務内容 詳細な財務分析を実施し、実際のパフォーマンスと予算・予測との比較のための差異報告書を作成します。 内部のステークホルダーやシニアマネージメント向けに、月次、四半期ごと、年次の財務報告書の準備をサポートします。 年次予算や月次予測の策定に貢献し、企業戦略との整合性と正確性を確保します。 財務結果を分析し、運営効率の改善や財務パフォーマンスの向上に向けた推奨事項を提供します。 必要なデータを収集し、ビジネス意思決定をサポートするための財務洞察を提供するために、各部門と協力します。 新しいイニシアチブや戦略的投資のためのビジネスケースの準備およびレビューをサポートします。 財務計画および分析に関する業界のトレンドやベストプラクティスに関する情報を常に更新します。 経験・スキル 会計、ビジネス、または関連分野の学位を持っていること 関連する業務経験が3〜5年あること 簿記の資格またはその他の関連資格(例:簿記検定2級など)があると尚可 日本語およびビジネスレベルの英語 勤務条件 給与: 経験、能力などに応じて、当社規定により決定 勤務地:   東京23区 勤務時間: 9:00-17:00(休憩60分・実働7時間) フレックスタイム制        残業有 ※残業代の付与条件は規定による 待遇:    賞与、各種社会保険、確定拠出年金等 休日:    完全週休2日制(土・日)、祝日        年末年始(12/30~1/3)年次有給、リフレッシュ休暇等 We are hiring! Aon Japan is currently recruiting a Senior FPA analyst. This role has the flexibility to be performed from our Tokyo, Japan office in a hybrid working model. What the day will look like The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a critical role in providing insightful financial analysis and strategic support to drive informed business decisions and optimize financial performance. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, this position involves the crafting and maintenance of financial models, conducting variance analyses, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of analytical proficiency, discernment, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively. Perform detailed financial analysis and prepare variance reports to compare actual performance against budget and forecast. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and senior management. Contribute to the development of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and consistency with corporate strategy. Analyze financial results and provide recommendations for improving operational efficiency and financial performance. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data and provide financial insights to support business decisions. Assist in the preparation and review of business cases for new initiatives and strategic investments. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis. Skills and experience that will lead to success Graduate with Accounting / Business or related degree 3-5 years of related work experience. Book keeping degree or other related qualifications (e.g., The Official Business Skills Test in Bookkeeping, 2nd grade) will be considered. Japanese proficiency and business English.
