Our Client, an Aerospace and Defense company, is looking for a FPGA Design/Verification Engineer for their Remote location. Responsibilities: + Responsible for ASIC & FPGA development and updates on a satellite FPGA. + Cross discipline collaboration with Software Engineers and other ASIC/FPGA engineers to create leading edge products for future business growth. + Overall contribution to design, simulation, integration & test of complex, high speed products. Requirements: + Experience with Microchip FPGAs + Experience with Microchip tools and processes + Experience developing, testing, and integrating FPGA platforms + Experience with embedded processors on FPGA platforms + Experience automating and developing scripts to improve FPGA development efforts. + Experience with clock crossing. + Experience with fault tolerant designs. Experience with high speed (200+MHz) designs + Experience with DSP (matlab, HDL coder, or hand-made filters) are a big plus. + Experience with RTG4 design and debugging + Experience with high-speed interfaces + Experience with COTS based control platforms and embedded processors on FPGA platforms.
