FPGA Verification

Overview

Utilize state-of-the-art verification methodologies to create a fully random class-based verification environment to validate a next-generation Metrology sensor solution.

The Opportunity

Work term length: 8 to 12 months

Input work term model: onsite

Responsibilities

The input title here responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following:

Understand the device-under-test by reading technical documentation and/or HDL codeDesign and document the verification planImplement the verification environment and test cases according to the documented planCommunicate effectively with others regarding findings/concerns

Education Qualifications

Third- or fourth-year student enrolled in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field of study

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Verilog and SystemVerilogComfortable with Linux/Unix systemsExperience with scripting languages such as Perl, BASH, etc…Strong understanding of digital logic and circuit designStrong understanding of FPGA Verification tools and methodologiesComfortable with Object-Oriented design methodologiesUnderstanding of CPU architecture
