The Lead Indulgence Desk Agent is responsible for overseeing and training for the short- and long-term growth and operations for the following area of the Falling Rock indulgence desk.   

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assist in operation as needed in the Guest Services areas. Assist guests and support associates in solving issues that are perceived to be unsatisfactory to expectations. Possess detailed knowledge of all PMS…LMS, SpaSoft, Arts, & Golf software. Conduct daily walk-through/inspections of Indulgence Desk. Monitor all associate training within the department to ensure compliance with Core Curriculum Training from the training department. Assisted in executing assigned special projects and tasks as they arose. Training of Indulgence Desk agents Attend weekly meetings with other leads and the Resident Manager. Lead other agents by creating a professional, knowledge example. Assist the Resident Manager with any other assigned tasks. Other Job duties assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

High school diploma or equivalent The candidate must possess strong interpersonal relationship skills.  They must also possess strong reading, writing, and deduction skills.  The use of the computer, including Microsoft Office products, PMS system, spa booking system, and CRM system will be necessary.  Prior knowledge of the systems in use is not necessary, but a definite plus. Customer-service oriented. Excellent communication skills. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Must be able to speak English. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
