As part of any team at Calfrac it is important to always be safety minded while also being able to complete your duties in a timely and effective manner. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, driving equipment to site, preparing the well site for operation and, mixing and pumping fluids during each stage of our fracturing jobs. Please note that we are currently hiring applicants within commuting distance of our Vernal, UT office (limited to this job posting). Frac Operator Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SgxAQik_Yio ROLE STATEMENT: The Fracturing Operator will be a member of the Fracturing Department responsible for preparing the well site for operation, mixing and pumping fluids during each stage of the fracturing job, and completing the operation safely. Consistent, stable workload and strong growth plans for 2024 and 2025 Superior safety, training, teamwork, and quality culture Committed to being an integral part of the communities we work in Focused on providing the highest degree of expertise, innovation, and service to customers JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate and drive Fracturing Equipment Complete regular inventory and maintenance checks on Fracturing Equipment Complete rig in and rig out duties Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment Policies & Procedures Work outside in all weather conditions with a diverse team SCHEDULE: Local: Fifteen (15) days on, six (6) days off Schedule alternates between days and nights 12+ hour shifts COMPENSATION: Competitive Hourly Rate plus Overtime Earn up to $90,000 to $140,000 a year Health and Dental Benefits, Paid Vacation Days Paid Training Per Diem up to $40/day while working outside of District and no meal provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided EXTENSIVE TRAINING: Every new hire attends Orientation and Training School (OaTS) Earn your CDL Class A while working Information is provided about Calfrac’s Health, Safety, and Environment policies and procedures Opportunities for career advancement through CERT program Obtain all required Safety Tickets Hands on training EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Valid Class A CDL or Class A CDL Permit preferred Satisfactory Driving Record for last 3 years Previous industry related experience preferred
