Job Description
New opportunity specializing in the manufacturing of pre-manufactured modular homes for multi-family living, senior living, and hospitality developments. Modular homes involve manufacturing entire buildings in a production environment, which are then transported to new construction sites for assembly by the general contractor. We are seeking an experienced Rough Carpenter with knowledge of multi-family builds or residential new construction. This position is based in Albertville.
ResponsibilitiesInterpret and execute construction plans and blueprints accuratelyMeasure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materialsAssemble and install framework for structures, including walls, floors, and doorframesCollaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination on construction projectsAdhere to safety protocols and regulations on construction sitesMaintain tools and equipment in good working conditionIdentify and address potential issues to ensure project timelines are metCoach, coordinate, and lead crew in work process and activities in a production environmentAssign work to employees based on material or worker abilities of specific tasksEvaluate projects to determine compliance with technical specificationsInspect equipment or tools to be used in construction, monitor, and ensure proper safety protocols are in place and being followedProvide plant manager with regular updates regarding crew member attendance, performance, and crew production construction KPIsEssential Skills5+ years of skilled carpentry work on commercial and residential new buildsExperience with prefab and stick framingExperience leading a crew as site Lead or ForemanAbility to read blueprints and knowledge of electrical applicationsAbility to work in collaboration, lead, and be a team playerSkilled in interpersonal communication by establishing and maintaining effective working relationshipsAdditional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge in construction, commercial construction, residential construction, framing, carpentry, and doorsUnderstanding of building codesWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
This is an on-site Carpentry opportunity with no site-to-site work. Work in a brand new 180,000 square foot facility with AC/Heat and brand new machinery. The company focuses on multi-family living, and hospitality development sectors, among others. The work schedule is Monday - Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with an optional shift on Friday. There is also a $2 shift differential for the second shift, which runs from Monday - Thursday, 4:00 pm to 2:00 am, with an optional shift on Friday.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
