What You'll Do: + Read blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions + Shape or cut materials to specified measurements + Lift and carry heavy objects, such as framing lumber, sheets of plywood and other building materials + Build walls, floors, roofs, staircases and other structural elements according to the project plans + Perform a variety of production tasks on jobsites, including jobsite clean-up and fixture replacement + Utilize company technology to update job information and photos What It Takes: + 5+ years in residential construction + Reliable transportation + Own tools + Current, valid Driver's License + Ability to obtain and maintain Class E Driver's License within 30 days Follow the link below for a more detailed description of the Framing Carpenter duties.
