JOB DESCRIPTION:

1-800 Radiator & A/C is seeking a professional, motivated, self-starter individual with accounting experience to join our team as a Franchise Accounting Specialist. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and will be in our Benicia, CA facility.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Reconcile franchise statements/ Franchise QuickBooks accounts.

Prepares general journal entries suggested for rare business transactions for franchise owners.

Assists franchise owners with QuickBooks reconciliations.

Provides necessary reports to owners to reconcile QuickBooks accounts.

Gather, organize, and arrange for weekly billable uploads.

Provides franchise statement transaction backup when requested.

Reports Summary transactions daily

Reports past due balances and obtains pay-down plans from franchise owners.

Prepares weekly ACH bank files submitting daily charge requests.

Responds to incoming emails and tickets from vendors, franchises, and in-house staff.

Provides Franchise Accounting and QuickBooks training to new owners.

Assists the Franchise Development team with reporting liabilities for closing franchises.

Contributes to accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

One to three years of Accounting experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivots, vlook-up tables)

Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.

$16.00 - $28.20

Compensation Frequency:

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
