Franchise and Client Success Manager:

We are currently looking for a Franchise and Client Success Manager that will help and support to the sales and marketing teams by managing customer inquiries, franchisee requests, customer assets and campaigns, and maintain sales-related databases. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring sales and marketing projects, requests, and deliverables are met to improve franchisee and customer satisfaction.

 

What you will do:

Help develop and implement client, activation, and utilization campaigns. Leverage sales, marketing, and ops teams to ensure campaigns are executed on scheduleSet benchmarks to evaluate client campaigns and adjust strategy as needed to help achieve sales goalsCollaborate with sales team to support in contract management to ensure timely review and follow up on outstanding agreementsPerform annual review of client campaigns and update sales and marketing materials, DOC maps and contacts as neededManage sales and marketing requests from the franchise network and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure we are following up and completing franchisee requests in a timely fashion. (IE, Zendesk, CoStar, Mobile App, Etc.)Manage SRM and SMR mobile app. Work with developers to ensure app is working as intended. Collaborate with internal & external team members on identifying and implementing enhancements. Drive usage/adoption with franchisees, sales teams and customers. Help develop, schedule and host trainings as needed. Set and host franchise facing webinars.Monitor Zendesk tickets daily and route to appropriate team members.Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities.Support FSC & Franchise initiatives (IE, Sales Society, Local Sales Activation, Event Tracking ROI).Support Luxor Maintenance and Implementation internally and externally.Management of Weather Mapping Platform(s).


 

What you will bring: 

Project management, organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization skillsExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strategic and innovative thinking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability and willingness to travel as needed for business unit, including overnight.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to learn new systems and software quicklyBachelor’s Degree or equivalent.At least five years related experience required. Sales or Marketing experience in the service industry preferred.Multi-unit franchise experience preferred.
