Join our team as our Franchise Compliance Administrator in overseeing compliance across EssilorLuxottica’s network in ANZ, ensuring adherence to external regulatory and legal requirements, internal brand policies, and state bylaws. Our role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with relevant ANZ laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. Additionally, our Administrator ensures that our franchisees comply with company policies, legal obligations, and operational standards by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing adherence to franchise agreements, industry regulations, and internal protocols, supporting the overall success and integrity of the franchise system.
Requirements for Success
Manage franchise partner records, document control, and ensure the digitization of compliance tools, templates, and guides. Collaborate with franchisees, legal teams, and stakeholders to handle franchise agreements, renewals, extensions, and terminations. Maintain and update the Franchise Disclosure Documents annually with the legal department. Identify compliance risks and provide risk mitigation strategies for franchise compliance, financials, and engagement. Audit franchise compliance with WHS, Fair Work, and the Franchise Code of Conduct, and maintain a financial reporting register. Digitize and automate compliance reporting processes, ensuring engagement with franchisees and our internal teams. Simplify access to compliance resources and ensure all materials are well-organized on SharePoint and Office 365 platforms. Create and maintain franchise documentation, including the operations manual, audit protocols, and a communication register
Skills & Experience
Prior franchise experience and understanding of franchise commercial models Exposure to digital contract management Demonstrate high level of customer service with the ability to translate obligations into simple & clear business initiatives Experience negotiating and resolving franchise disputes (advantageous yet not essential) Advanced knowledge of the following computer applications, Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM platforms Ability to generate a project scope and implementation schedule A lateral thinker who looks for opportunities to digitize and simplify franchise compliance Understanding of the importance of managing risk in achieving required commercial outcomes.
