Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Franchise Consultant (FC) is responsible for managing a defined territory within the Southeast region, working closely with Franchise Owners to ensure company objectives and goals are met. The FC will also support Franchise Owners in achieving their revenue and profitability targets. Additionally, the FC will ensure strong brand engagement, compliance with company standards, and effective communication throughout the process.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:
Coach, monitor, report on new offices progress to breakeven in first 90 daysCoach, monitor, report on Key Performance Indicators by utilizing office P&L data to analyze & respond to business trends and opportunitiesCoach, monitor, report on improving unit economics- Comp Sales Increase of 15% for those Franchisee’s assignedProvide input to develop, test and validate new and existing operational processes and systems that improve owner performance and efficienciesConduct onsite visits, including the initial 90-day follow-up visit and ongoing support visitsCoach, monitor, report on Increased Material Purchases at Ace Retailers to 20% of total materials purchased system wideCoach, monitor, report on offices who are on the Business Improvement Plan that leads to retention and improvement to KPI standardsIdentify and immediately communicate performance & compliance issues to RDAssist to resolve any franchisee grievances.Other duties as assigned or requested to participate inKNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:
Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of related experienceFranchising Experience or 5 years of business related and consulting experienceIndustry knowledge Effective communicatorStrong relationship buildingPassion for consulting and leadingFluency in financial and P&L managementKey Performance Indicators
