To get our guests' memorable experiences off to an unforgettable start, we are looking for our International Luxury Hotel Brand located in the heart of Rome a Front Desk Agent, who can make transactions feel seamless, offer exceptional local insights, and anticipate every expectation to make our guests feel right at home.** **A little taste of your day-to-day** **Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:** + **Creating memorable experiences for our guests providing the warmest of welcome;** + **Acknowledging Loyalty programs and returning guests in person or over the phone offering a personalized service;** + **Providing a smooth and engaging check-in & check-out experience;** + **Handling cash and generic cashier duties;** + **Staying one step ahead of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations;** + **Being our guests main point of reference during the stay, creating a relationship of trust;** + **Covering Night shifts depending on business requirements;** + **Reporting to Front Office Manager;** **What we need from you** + **Excellent communication skills;** + **Problem-solving skills approach, turning every interaction into great guest memories;** + **Fluency in the Italian & English language (both written and spoken)- extra language would be preferred, but not essential;** + **Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills, including familiarity with Opera PMS;** + **General knowledge of Loyalty Programs;** + **Preferred previous experience within similar roles in International Luxury Hotel Brands.** **What we offer** **We give our people everything they need to succeed.
