The ideal candidate will be eager to learn FO insight in a luxurious environment and have a passion for Hospitality Industry.** **A little taste of your day-to-day** **Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:** + **Creating memorable experiences for our guests providing the warmest of welcome;** + **Acknowledging Loyalty programs and returning guests in person or over the phone offering personalized service;** + **Providing a smooth and engaging check-in & check-out experience;** + **Handling cash and generic cashier duties;** + **Staying one step ahead of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations;** **What we need from you** + **Excellent communication skills;** + **Problem-solving approach, turning every interaction into great guest memories;** + **Fluency in Italian & English language (both written and spoken) - extra language would be considered a plus (not essential);** + **Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills, familiarity with Opera PMS is preferred;** + **General knowledge of Loyalty Programs;** **What we offer** **We give our people everything they need to succeed.
