Which is why we’re searching for a new Bar / Restaurant Waiter / Waitress confident in delivering unforgettable experiences through a warm welcome, inspired recommendations and seamless service from starter to dessert and beyond.** **Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:** + **Taking food and beverage orders from guests and delivering food to guest promptly after preparation.** + **Provide immediate attention to all guest upon seating.** + **Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses** + **Up-sell additional products when appropriate.** + **Provide every guest in the restaurant with full attention, reception and best possible care.** + **Be thoroughly familiar with the sales-program and constantly informed on all promotions, novelties and changes in the sales-program.** + **Maintain a good communication between bar staff and to build a disciplined, well harmonizing team, especially in view of:** + **Strict following of the beverage preparation and presentation standard, service standards, closing and opening check lists and follow billing and cashiering procedures, cleaning checklists.** + **Perform special duties and projects as assigned by the restaurant manager.** + **Be familiar with local food hygiene and HACCP guidelines as per Dubai Municipality** **What we need from you** **● The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg) which can also involve bending and kneeling** **● A good grasp of reading, writing and basic maths** **● The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts** **● Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol – you’ll need to be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language** **● Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to** **What we offer** **We give our people everything they need to succeed.
