OverviewThe purpose of the ShopTech Integration Manager position is to help the Maaco Franchise Services & Operations Team refine and rollout training for large initiatives. This position provides employee opportunities to develop their leadership, facilitation, communication and training skills.
ResponsibilitiesCommit to the project through completionTravel fulltime from January 2024 – TBD 2025Adhere to the schedule, including being punctual and staying on taskBecome a subject matter expert on the CCC ONE Shop Management SystemCommunicate effectivelyAdhere to training materialsStay engaged with center (not on the phone or leaving the center) and teach to different learning stylesMake training fun and engagingProvide in-the-moment coachingTreat every question like it the first time you’ve heard itProvide on-the-job troubleshooting after go-liveStay up to date with changes in system functionalityEffectively communicate system changesBe flexible with changing timelines and system functionalityProvide timely, detailed feedback to trainees and project ownersOwn the conversion process to include but not limited to WIP, AR, ARR and Pre-configuration.
