The Franchise Operations Coordinator serves as the divisional point of contact for the Company’s Independent Distributor Franchisee (“Franchisee”) as it relates to business, non-sales related needs.
The position is responsible for maintaining close contact (TEAMS/e-mail/phone) with Franchisees to ensure they are receiving the proper communication, information, and tools to support their businesses. Secondarily, they will support the divisional sales team with all Franchisee related business.
The Franchise Operations Coordinator supports Franchisees in matters pertaining to ordering, distribution, sales, transportation, handling, and merchandising of products to ensure timely consumer and retail access to fresh, quality product (also known as “Brand Standards”) and maximizing territory sales and exploring business opportunities.
The position works closely with Sales Enablement partners and supports general workshops as needed, but their primary focus will be on supporting the day-to-day business needs of Franchisees. Franchise Operations Coordinators will maintain close contact with the Communications Specialist to ensure that communications processes are as effective as possible.
Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on Franchisees.
Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities Serve as the divisional point of contact for business, non-sales issues related to Franchisees Engage in Franchisee contract administration Review business plans collected by deal coordinator leveraging for effective interviews, and making further approval process decisions Advise and assist Sales Enablement leadership and the legal department in handling contractual issues Establish and maintain positive relationships with Franchisees Act as the divisional liaison between the Company and Franchisees relating to non-sales topics Work closely with Sales Enablement communications team to ensure that Franchisee are receiving the proper support through effective communication flow Partner with Sales Enablement leadership to uncover open territory inventory management and targeted distribution opportunities Assist Legal in responding to claims filed by Franchisees Support Sales Enablement with general transactional tasks; escalate to the Vice-President of Franchise Operations and Vice-President of Franchise and Brand Standards as needed (contract breach, new territory purchase, market conversions) Work with Sales Enablement department to support development programs, sales tools, and analytics for the Franchisees Help develop new systems and processes to support Franchisees in the marketplace Enhance the Company’s communications with Franchisees to foster a more robust partnership Communicate business goals and assign specific objectives to stay focused on key business metrics Analyze results achieved against objectives and initiate action to optimize performance Provide periodic status updates on business activities and development to executive team, and communicate opportunities for growth Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.) Perform other duties deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in General Management Proven track record of operational and organizational skills required Additional Ingredients: Essential Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred.We offer a competitive salary and an excellent total rewards package.
