Job Description

The Franchise Operation intern, Franchise & Marketing for UP&E Greater China will have the following job responsibilities:

Franchise/Retail Marketing:

Assist franchise operation executive on franchise/retail market campaigns execution.Support franchise operation executive on daily social media operation including Weibo, Wechat, Little Red BookDaily franchise mkt operation incl. mkt guideline training, market pitch deck translation and bi-weekly UP&E newsletter development.Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate market trends and competition

Events Marketing:

Support franchise operation executive for all the local events project management and execution.Manage invitation and RSVP processResponsible for presentation and scripts support of all events 

Qualifications

Basic Requirements: 

Enthusiasm for entertainment and IP licensing industryBasic knowledge on Universal key franchisesGood capability of market research, data analysis and statisticsExcellent communication and people skillsOrganizational and time-management abilitiesProficient in MS Office and marketing softwareFluent in English and ChineseSophomore and aboveAble to physically work in Shanghai office at least 3-4 days a week, start from February 2025, for at least 5-month internship. Preferably major in marketing, business administration, communication studies or relevant discipline or above
