Miracle-Ear is looking for a skilled and dynamic Franchise Business Manager to lead and enhance our franchise business operations. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of competencies, characteristics, and skills that enable them to excel in a fast-paced and evolving business environment. As a Franchise Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing innovative strategies, making quick decisions, collaborating with diverse teams, and driving business growth and success.
The ideal candidate lives in Minneapolis-Saint Paul area, and has the ability to travel frequently to our office in Downtown Minneapolis.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in business operation in monthly reviews in-person and virtually, through analyzing data and trends Support business planning with franchise owners to establish and develop sales, marketing and operational plans through definition of key performance indicators Act as a strategic business consultant through identification of opportunities medium to long term Strive for operational excellence in sharing best practices amongst franchise partners in collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Training, Recruiting, and FinanceKey Area
Analyze business and financial situations to derive valuable insights and translate them into actionable strategies Recommend innovative solutions to address performance issues within franchise businesses Develop and implement creative and groundbreaking solutions to drive business growth and success Travel to franchise partner locations to meet and collaborate on business strategies and operationsQualifications in this role include, but are not limited to:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent Operational Management experience 5-7 years of sales experience Ability to travel 50% to 70%, domesticPreferred Experience and Skills:
Multi-Franchise or Retail experience is preferred Experience within the Hearing Health Care Industry preferred Proficiency in analyzing business and financial situations Detail-oriented with meticulous approach to data analysis Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and internet tools Demonstrate competencies including but not limited to: agility, innovation, adaptive thinking, decision-making, self-awareness, resilienceBenefits Offered
