In this functional lead role, you will provide sales management and administrative support to the franchise recruitment team. Responsibilities
+ Sales Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals.
+ Administrative Oversight: Manage administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations and provide support to the team as needed.
+ Training and Development: Identify training opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the team.
+ Performance Monitoring:Complete call monitoring, analyze sales metrics and administrative efficiency to pinpoint areas for improvement.
+ CRM Tool Management: Utilize Sugar or other CRM tools to optimize lead management.
+ Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales performance and administrative operations for Leadership.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and training, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
+ Problem Solving: Address challenges faced by the team and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
+ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
+ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
+ Proficiency in sales techniques and administrative processes
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
+ Proficient with MS Excel and CRM tools
