Responsibilities The Opportunity The role of the Franchise Sr Representative is to drive JV growth agenda in LAB Center (Chile, Costa Rica, Panama, Venezuela & ROC) by building strong commercial calendars with our marketing teams and our Go To Market partners (The Bottlers) Your Impact Manage the relationship & lead the commercial agenda with Bottlers, Joint Venture (JV) and PepsiCo franchise team, in order to capture the whole business potential for Lipton brand. Support the Franchise Manager with the general requirements for Gatorade-Rockstar brands. Connect and engage with Bottlers to ensure aligned plans with local commercial regions. Leverage franchise resources across the region to maximize focus and support behind the Lipton brand. Efficient use, data analysis and tracking of monetary resources available (P&L) to develop the brand and maximize Lipton demand within each market. Ensure that Lipton has an attractive economic proposition for the entire system (JV, Franchise, Bottler). Develop & execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and delivery of key brand & financials goals. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Preferred Carreers: Comercial Engineering, industrial civil engineering, among others. Committed team builder with a high passion for growth & excellence +4 experience in commercial, sales, franchise jobs Excellent leadership & people management skills able to identify, gain trust & engage with key stakeholders to navigate in a larger system where Lipton may not a top priority – thus resilient High level E.I and ability to build strong relationships with, and manage culturally diverse groups of people from two distinctive corporate cultures (Unilever & PepsiCo) in addition to the Bottler’s.
