Here at Vertu Motors, we have a unique opportunity to join our team as a Franchising and Property Assistant. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with analytical skills, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities to support our Group Strategy Director.  You will analyse data, coordinate projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders to help coordinate and drive Franchising and Property decision making. This interesting role will have exposure to a wide range of projects including many varying strategic initiatives and M&A activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchising Projects Coordination and Administration: Create and manage franchising project portfolios within the Asana platform, produce introductory overview PowerPoint presentations, liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely updates on projects. Customer Satisfaction and OEM Monthly Management Reporting: Compile dealership CSI performance data and provide analysis and insights from the data. Property Meeting Coordination, Presentation, Minutes, and Actions: Produce meeting presentations and coordinate content inputs from stakeholders. Attend meetings, capture minutes, and actions. Support the Group Strategy Director with executing actions. EV Infrastructure Reporting: Maintain accuracy of OEM EV Chargers Minimum standards, asset register, and infrastructure reports. Property Department Reporting: Support the property department in delivering the 12-month outlook report, Property Business Rates report, and Property Maintenance report.
