About the team:
The Fraud Team in Manchester are a crucial function within Global Operations responsible for protecting Worldpay and our merchants against financial and/or reputational loss by proactively monitoring payments. We deliver risk education, guidance, and support to both domestic and global clients. If you enjoy investigating, have an inquisitive mind, and a keen eye for spotting fraud then this is the team for you.
This role follows a hybrid working model of 2 days a week in the office and 3 days a week at home. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5pm
What you bring
As a Fraud Analyst you’ll be responsible for the daily monitoring of Merchants activity worldwide completing end to end investigation of cases generated through our fraud monitoring system. You will complete reviews of merchant accounts within defined SLA’s, making risk based decisions to mitigate potential financial loss for both Worldpay and our customers. You’ll be the first contact point for fraud advice, process guidance and system knowledge to both external and internal stakeholders.

Added bonus if you have:
Fraud prevention experience in a cards or payments industry
Familiarity with acquiring or the payments industry.
Knowledge of the chargeback processes
